We added some fresh lime juice to our best White chocolate ice cream and afterwards topped it with lime zest to balance the sweetness with fresh and sour lime. The result is a perfectly balanced flavor combination. For our ice cream recipe, we use white chocolate from Belgia and fresh lime juice from Italy.
