Burned almond ice cream is a milk ice cream which we swirl with cinnamon, burned almond, and orange zest. For this ice cream recipe, we roasted and caramalized our almonds and used fresh and local milk products. This deliciousness reminds us of cozy days in fall when the leaves are starting to turn yellow, no worries, it can although be enjoyed in summer!
