On the service team you're the face of Katchi. You greet guests, advise on flavors, hand out ice cream, desserts and waffles, and make sure people feel welcome. The job fits you if you enjoy working with people, are friendly and attentive, and can keep things together on busy days. Gastronomy experience helps but isn't required.
Typical tasks
- Greet and advise guests
- Hand out ice cream, desserts, waffles, drinks
- Operate POS & orders
- Keep the case, store and workstation clean
- Support events & catering when needed
Framework
- 2–3 shifts per week or more
- Minimum age 18 or close to it
- €13–18 per hour incl. tips

You help make our ice cream.
Hands-on work with ingredients, recipes, machines and quality standards. Real insight into the craft side of Katchi.

The job fits you if you work carefully, are interested in food, and like to roll up your sleeves. Experience with food, pastry or production is a plus.
Typical tasks
- Help produce ice cream and sorbets
- Prepare ingredients and recipes
- Work to hygiene and quality standards
- Clean and maintain the production area
- Support seasonal flavors and specials

Marketing & Content
You make Katchi visible.
Content, campaigns, social, store & event comms. Best fit for students or grads in marketing, comms, design or business.

In marketing you help make Katchi visible online and offline. You work on content, campaigns, social media, store communication, event marketing and new ideas for our brand. Especially interesting for students or graduates from marketing, journalism, communications, design, business or similar fields.
Typical tasks
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, web & newsletter
- Support store, event and catering communication
- Prepare texts, posts, reels or campaigns
- Track and improve marketing activities
- Contribute ideas for launches, pop-ups and events

- Strong German and English
- Compensation by agreement
