- Up to 3 hours of creative exchange with the client to discuss the project background, target audience, storytelling angle, dietary requirements, visual direction and possible ingredient routes
- Ingredient research and flavor direction based on the client’s campaign, brand or event theme
- Development of up to 5 unique flavor proposals
- Clear recommendation of the strongest flavor route based on taste, feasibility, visual impact, storytelling value and production suitability
- Selection of one final flavor concept for development
- Recipe development for the selected custom flavor
- Test production of the selected flavor
- Evaluation of texture, sweetness, balance, inclusions, swirl and crunch components
- One feedback and refinement round after tasting or internal review
- Final adjustment of the recipe after feedback
- Final production of the approved custom flavor as test / presentation batch
- Short flavor story and wording for communication, PR or menu use
The custom flavor can be developed with specific ingredients, colors, textures or cultural references, depending on the project. Possible elements include a custom ice cream base, swirl, coulis, crunch, cookie pieces, nut components, fruit ribbons or other inclusions.
Please note: This package covers the creative development, test production and final approval batch of one custom flavor. Larger event production quantities, special packaging, branded materials, additional test rounds, paid creator / influencer fees and extended content usage rights are not included unless agreed separately.
