The smell alone draws people to the stand. We bake every bubble waffle fresh from our own batter with tonka bean, shape it into a cone while it's warm and fill it on the spot. In winter without any ice cream — with hot cherries, apple compote and caramelised walnuts.

Summer & winter

Our bike – summer or winter

A highlight at every event, whatever the season. In winter, our bike comes dressed for Christmas on request: panels in a festive gift-wrap design, fir garlands with fairy lights, baubles in gold, green and red — plus our sign with a fir wreath and winter menu. Switch between summer and winter and rotate the model to see it from every side.

Does waffle catering work without ice cream?

Yes. Especially in winter we bake bubble waffles with warm toppings like hot cherries or apple compote — no ice cream needed.

What's in the batter?

Our own rested batter with tonka bean, made without egg. It contains wheat flour.

Do you offer kids' portions?

Yes, on request we bake half waffles for kids.
